End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and PrinterNewShop, owned and operated by Allroundfix LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software, firmware, drivers, digital tools, or related materials provided, sold, or made available through https://printernewshop.online (collectively, the “Software”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, PrinterNewShop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for:
Personal or internal business use
Lawful purposes
Use in connection with compatible printer products
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
2. License Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where permitted by U.S. law
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
3. Third-Party Software
The Software may include or interact with third-party software components that are governed by their own license terms. Your use of such third-party software is subject to the applicable third-party licenses.
PrinterNewShop does not claim ownership of third-party software and is not responsible for third-party terms or functionality.
4. Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at our discretion. Updates may be installed automatically or require manual installation.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Software features at any time without notice.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by PrinterNewShop, Allroundfix LLC, or its licensors.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. law, the Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrinterNewShop and Allroundfix LLC shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
Issues arising from improper installation or use of the Software
Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession or control.
9. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws, including export control laws, when using the Software.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Software may involve the collection of limited technical or usage information. Any such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, USA.
12. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and PrinterNewShop regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
